This sale is for a new Lethal Weapon Transmission kit for the Tamiya Kingcab and Hilux series. Also includes plate for mounting on the Astute. This kit is almost completely new-old-stock minus the modern Avid bearings and screws. This kit includes the A&L outdrives. It is a complete set. This does require cutting the stock chassis, and I t comes with a template and instructions, which are also available for download on my website at factoryworks. The lower rear chassis plate is included to replace the stock piece. This is a vintage transmission, it was never meant for brushless power. It would handle a hot modified without problem but if you are going to run a modern motor just understand it was developed in the early 90’s. I have very few of the outdrives left to build these Kyosho and Tamiya versions. Get this kit while you can! I have received a lot of questions regarding the age of the parts in my listings. Most of the key components are new-old-stock (leftover stock). Some of the components are newly made, for example most of my shock towers, all of my chassis plates, bearings, and hardware (nuts and bolts) are new/modern stock.
