This listing is for a whole bunch of Appleton 112 spot light stuff. Please read carefully because there’s a lot going on here. There are two complete 112 spotlights. The heads are attached with pop rivets in place of the original brass rivets as they were assembled from parts. One head is very straight but chrome is worn off and there is no stamped logo on the bucket. The other was rechromed and has a really straight body with nice chrome except there is pitting over the logo area. I’m not sure why this is, my best guess is the chrome plater was instructed not to mess with the lettered area which left pitting over the lettering but no where else. Otherwise it looks really nice. A third assembled spotlight is a Lorraine 37 which is complete except for the retainer bezel that holds the lens in the bucket. I believe the bezel it uses is the same as the Appleton 112. Then there are 2 other 112 buckets, both with stamped lettering. One is very straight but with worn chrome, some wear on the Appleton lettering but still readable. The other has very strong lettering but the rest of the bucket is pretty beat up/scratched, it will take a very competent chrome plater to straighten it/smooth it out, but no dents or scratches on the stamping. There is a reflector and a lens for each of those two buckets but no outer retainer ring. There are two handle/shaft assemblies as well, however they both came from Model 141 spotlights so the die cast base that attaches to the buckets is not the same. Also included in the lot is a bunch of brackets and other small related pieces. Some of the plastic bits on the handles are better than others, some are rough. There’s also some misc. Hardware and some leftover 141 buckets and rings from some donor spotlights. You get all of it together for one price. Great lot for the custom car enthusiast who wants to restore some Appleton lights. Rare to find a big collection of pieces all in one spot.
