Our products are 100% authentic! Thank you for your interest in this item. This is the first radio-controlled car I received in elementary school. Instead, I put a lot of effort into building the body, making it a memorable radio-controlled car. The body was completed in its current form when I was in my early 20s, so there are some rough spots in the driver figure. The tires are original, but I generally protect and lift long-term storage items with water-based tire wax, so they are in good condition with no cracks, hardening, or deformation. There’s no whitening of the resin. I recently built another body using a worn-out late-model Willys I bought in my 20s. I built it for driving, but the body is quite comical, so if it were to fall over, its head might come off. If it were to be driven, the face would come off, so it would be best to attach it with instant glue. It comes with a piano wire antenna from that time, so you might want to attach it. Product Name: Early Model Wild Willys (Late Model Long Wheel Version Parts Also Available) Replaceable. Condition: Never Used Outdoors. Note: It may not be visible, but the radio box is quite cramped, even with the speed controller from back then, two servos, the AA battery box that powers them, and a small KO receiver. I remember adding a Full Bear option, but I don’t think there were any other modifications. Modifications include the lights, a metal grille mesh, and an aluminum bar on the hood tip to correct distortion. The spare tire cracks were impressive even when I bought it. This is a good example of what happens if you don’t protect it properly. I also have some Willy II body parts. While they look similar, the Willy II body parts are different from the Willys, making them difficult to use. I don’t have the battery, as I can’t figure out where the Tamiya connector went.
