Vintage Thimble-Drome Nylint tether, midget race car in original unopened box made in 1998. This was one of Nylints finest and final new/old stock midgets before they closed the plant in 1999. The car, tires, wheels are real tether parts the engine is NOT. They were a limited production and have become very collectible due to the fact they are exact replicas of the original gas engine tether cars and actual midget’s which raced in the 1950’s. This car was the remaining inventory from the Nylint plant here when they closed in 1999. Photo is my car.
