Wheel were glued at some point see photo. Winds and wheels spin without weight on them. Used has wear from use /scratches/scuffing/age wear/ storage wear /edge wear / dent. Has signs of wear scratches, paint loss etc. In pretty good shape not perfect but usually they are heavily worn. Not something you find all the time. Parts, repair, restore, display as is.
