But they dont got the very limited hot trick setup.. I dont think so.. And if they do.. Its not for sale…. This is the platform that finaly beat team assosiated breaking open the rc market showing that the unbeatable rc10 could be tookin down after 8+ years of holding the buggy national championship… Then they released this version.. Was the best of the best with lightweight everything.. Ready to bind and drive… With a traxxas titan 12t motor and esc installed. And 2.4 reciever… Its a full hot trick ultima with the upper lower chassis.. Hot trick front and rear skid chassis plates (alum).. And rear motor guard(alum).. Upgraded diff and dogbone axles… Carbon fiber front and rear shock towers.. Full ball bearing kit… Upgraded servo saver steering linkage… Andys upgraded front and rear a arms.. Kyosho gold pro shocks… This car is extinct.. Or was if its not gone….. Thats just the bottom plate! Have a baby boy on the way or id keep it.. Very cool seventies drag kit featuring: 427 cammer, tube frame, altered wheelbase body, headers, mags wheels, drag slicks molded in white, parachute, and much more. Very cool kit & still sealed inside. Box is nice with bright colors-some wear-two seams taped inside so they wouldn’t separate, decals look good, and bright chrome. Note: decals may not work after this many years. These are from my personal collection and have been individually collected over many years dating back to the sixties. Every model kit is inventoried for completeness and condition(including tire burns). Please pay within 10 days of winning your first kit/model. Used Vintage 1985 4WD Kyosho Optima RC Car Belt Drive not used since 1988
Here is the story. 1987 ish I bought this from a neighborhood kid a few years younger than me. He had blown the chain drive and did want to pay to fix it and was at the age when real cars were the focus. I bought it with good intentions. I put a new belt drive in it but never really got it running. It moved a little but the belt has less than 100 yards use. Since then it has been sitting, some parts removed over the years for boat projects. Also included is the Kyosho Pulsar Controller (missing bottom). Parts of speed control, Assembly manual and some radio paperwork. It is packed well and ready to go. I put good value on the belt drive when I price this piece.
