Please, check this by yourself in your region, to see if it is true. It is better for you to write us (the best is to include some photos), and we will deal with this problem. Our products are carefully packed, and they must be delivered without any damage. You will receive the exact product that you see in this listing, not a different version or a design. The camera may not capture all the minor scratches, dirt, or color tones. Sizes are provided with a tolerance of a maximum of 1cm.
