Schroeder Steering Gear Box Sprint Car Super Modified Hot Rod Rat SCTA Halibrand

Up for grabs we have a schroeder steering gear box in used condition. 8-1 ratio, 24 1/2 overall width, 13 from end of splines to center, 11 1/2 from center to end of tube, the keyed steering shaft is 5 5/8 long. It turns with my fingers pretty well, almost feels notchy like its dirty inside or needs fresh grease. Possibly a bearing needs replaced. Cool old piece for your project. Look like the person original was on Odonnell Racing team and drove for associated. The blue parts are ODonnell parts. There is 100s of small parts and screws. Great collection of parts for a collector that restore or runs 1/8 RC500 cars. Note that the boxes dont have anything in them. All the part that have are displayed in the photo.
