Here is a vintage Bell Auto Parts Steering Wheel. These steering wheels date back to the late 1940’s, and were primarily used on sprint cars and indy cars. You would also see hot rodder’s put them on they’re traditional cars. This wheel measures 17 1/2 across. The rubber is still in great shape with no major cracks, just one tiny split by the chrome spoke. The chrome does have some scratches, it may polish up better; I just wiped it with a wet rag. It even comes with the original safety pad in the center. Two of the hold down straps are broke off the back of the pad. These original 17 Bell wheels are very hard to come by.
