I stripped the body, repaired some minor defects and repainted with a mopar colour “Electric blue metallic” acrylic lacquer. Decals are reproduction Mountaineer by MCI. This was a runner, with that in mind there are a few nicks in the finish. I polished the frame at the same time as the repaint. Its still in good shape but could use another polishing. I installed the re release drive shafts during its restoration but will include the original driveshafts (which are still in great shape) as well as original bumpers and sliders. Still in good shape but starting to yellow. Also includes the tamiya speed control and futaba servo. The last time I ran the truck was in the fall of 2020. 3spd transmission was functioning fine. Comes with shift plate. I never hooked up the remote with the car but Im assuming it works. Does not include battery. Comes with a bag of accessories and parts. Driver is missing an arm. Needs a steering servo. Steering rod is not installed. Unfortunately I don’t have the box or manual. The item “Tamiya bruiser vintage 1985″ is in sale since Monday, May 17, 2021.
