VINTAGE 1/12 SCALE JEROBEE COMMANDO McLAREN MK8B NEW WITH BOX. For sale a rare collectible from the very beginnings of RC racing. A Jerobee Commando McLaren MK8B in pristine, untouched new condition. It came out around 1971- and it was the first 1/12 scale RC car- and one of the very first ones in any scale. I only added a large engine heat sink to it. Ready to run with only the batteries needed to add. The engine was kept lubed and is completely free with as new compression. Tires are solid rubber and show no wear, amazing for a 50 year old RC car. The original box is in poor condition with tears- it was fixed up with tape so it appears OK but it has sizeable damage.
