The plastic parts are sealed. The chrome is very nice and shiny and any discoloration in the pictures is caused by reflections. Most parts have been wrapped in plastic to preserve the condition. The decal protector has yellowed, but the decals themselves are very nice. The box has some wear and tear (see pictures) but is overall in presentable condition. Let me know if you have any questions.
