Instruments were in working order when removed from the vehicle, but it has been 30 years so you are taking a chance that some of the instruments will need repair. I will be surprised if the clock works as these were notorious for breaking down. I cannot test them as I no longer have a vehicle to put them in, but would be very surprised if the water oil pressure fuel taco or speedo did not work as these were quite reliable.
