This is a vintage Blackfoot I got from an older gentleman years ago and has been sitting on my shelf since. I have never ran it but it is in nice shape. The rear body posts where the cotter pin goes through is broken and the windows are not there I also have a cover that goes in it and a couple shocks too. Vintage new built 1/10 Tamiya Blackfoot Beetle Thorp CRP Hop ups Upgrades

New Built Vintage Blackfoot runner Project I started , but never finished. Tried to use Period correct upgrades whenever possible. Truck uses a brand new frog frame, with brand new aluminum plate parts. It has CRP steering Knuckles, CRP Suspension supports, Modern Oil filled shocks. Upgraded modern frog gearbox(no stripped gears) Included in the lot is a vintage aftermarket Blackfoot rear diff. I thought it was thorp-but not sure, it has red anodized hubs that go on the axles. New Tires can’t remember the make, but very nice! Bigger than stock tires and 2.2 Tamiya chrome wheels. Motor is a Tamiya Super Stock. Truck comes with hard plastic blackfoot body(has window and driver-but no chrome grille) and a Nice Parma blackfoot body. Truck has never been run and is 90% new. Thorp Dirt Burners #4550 Optional Ball Differential for Tamiya Blackfoot/Frog/Monster-Beetle/Brat. This listing is for an ultra rare vintage Thorp Dirt Burners #4550 Optional Ball Differential for Tamiya Blackfoot/Frog/Monster-Beetle/Brat! Also fits the Hot-Shot as well! The set pictured is for use with the slotted shafts using dog-bones, but if you would like the set that uses the stock hex shafts or even the yoke-type (telescopic), just simply ask and we’ll replace it with those! We have also included 2 Blue Sealed ball bearings as well! LIMITED STOCK on hand! All of our Thorp Dirt Burners parts are brand new and never used as shown in the photos! These new ball diffs all come with an updated bulletproof Delrin profiled main diff gear as you can see from the pictures. The (#4506) original plastic nylon ones chip and break quite easily with todays high powered brushless motors. The outdrives-universals are also now made of stronger stainless steel which is similar to Tamiyas of today. Replace your old stripped & worn out internal differential with this high performance optional part from THORP Mfg! You know these last a lot longer than anything else as they were all MADE IN USA! It features dedicated body and chassis colors that endow a true Tamiya classic with a brand-new look. 1/10 scale 2WD R/C model assembly kit. Length: 410mm, width: 290mm, height: 240mm, wheelbase: 247mm. Black molded polystyrene resin body. It depicts a customized Beetle with gaping fenders, triple auxiliary lights and a shortened rear end, plus metal-plated parts for headlights and handles, etc. Classic stickers have a brand-new color scheme. ABS space frame is molded in a dark gray.
