Vintage original Blackfoot F-150 RC Truck. In awesome condition, please look at pics closely! Hardly ever run, the chassis and components are near mint, wheels and tires are in excellent shape. Body is in great shape, nothing broken, look at the pics! Includes new reproduction decals still on the sheet, this is an awesome shelf queen. Includes Futaba S-148 servos, manual speed controller with heat sink, ball bearings and original unpainted driver. I hooked up a radio, receiver and battery packs to this (they are not included) and everything functioned properly, steering, speed controller and motor. You don’t see these in this shape very often, especially with all of these original parts, if you’ve ever tried restoring one of these you know that this price is more than fair, look at what else is out there, this is about as nice as they get outside of the box. New in Open Box Vintage Tamiya 1/10 RC Super Blackfoot 58110 discontinued Kit

Up for sale a New in Open Box Vintage Tamiya 1/10 RC Super Blackfoot # 58110 “discontinued Kit”. This is Hard to Find Kit. The original Blackfoot was released in 1986 and was considered by many to be the first true Radio Controlled Monster Truck. In 1992, six years later, Tamiya released the revamped Super Blackfoot. Although on the surface, with their detailed Ford F150 Ranger body shell, the two versions may look the same and both are in-fact based on the Subaru Brat (#58038) chassis, underneath they are very different. The redesigned gearbox of the Super Blackfoot contains an upgraded sealed bevel gear differential, which is an improvement. However, the rubber booted rear drive system has been replaced with a dog bone and cup system that for me is a step backwards. Like the original Blackfoot, the Super Blackfoot also comes with plastic bush type bearings that when dust and grit get in them will abrade the shafts that spin in them. Vintage Tamiya Blackfoot RC Monster Truck Remote Control 1/10 (untested). Blackfoot, RC Monster Truck Remote Control, 1/10 Scale with Controler. Below will give my detailed inspection of the truck. I have not tested the unit and its to be assumed the truck will need some repair to run properly. This was a barn find and was cleaned for sale. The truck and controller are included but the charger is not. All most all metal pieces have some degree of surface rust but no defects. Some decals has peeling in areas (hood & doors), Windshield is missing, some small nicks and dings, one snapped windshield mount (under roof), some scrapes on the roll bar. Chassis- No cracked, bent or broken pieces. Surface rust on metal parts. Tires- Blown and need to be replaced. Battery- Is included but safe to assume it will need to be replaced. Controller- (Airtronics SR Series) Broken battery Case (can be seen in picture). The end part is snapped that holds the batteries in place (epoxy fix). Rust on metal carrying handles. This has got to be my pride and joy over all my RC cars. This is absolutely 100% all original and NOT A RELEASE. I also have the mechanical speed controller which is not hooked up. I also can not locate the remote however frankly I never used since the 80’s. 20 plus years later I pulled it from the attic and finished it. It’s been sitting as a shelf queen and now is in need of a new home. Again, this is not a RELEASE, 100% ALL ORIGIONAL. Please look very close for there are no scratches on this baby. This listing is for an ultra rare vintage Thorp Dirt Burners #4550 Optional Ball Differential for Tamiya Blackfoot/Frog/Monster-Beetle/Brat! Also fits the Hot-Shot as well! The set pictured is for use with the slotted shafts using dog-bones, but if you would like the set that uses the stock hex shafts or even the yoke-type (telescopic), just simply ask and we’ll replace it with those! Vintage Original Tamiya Blackfoot, Near Mint Condition, Sees Aluminum Wheels

The last owner said he had built it back in the day and nevee ran it. So i stripped it down, cleaned every part, trimmed any leftover parts tree nubs, and bought a few parts that were cracked. I believe only the rear body mount brace was cracked and where the rear shocks mount to the suspension arms, normal cracks. I replaced the body mount brace. I also bought new rubber axle boots and aluminum hubs in case I kept the stock wheels. Even the gears are mint, they had a light grease to them, very clean so I did not clean them. I added RPM heavy duty tie rod ends and a servo. I eventually picked up a nice set of Sees wheels, just lightly cleaned them, did not restore or polish. It has full bearings and will include some original parts I took off.
