Tamiya Bruiser Mountaineer Vintage Cast Aluminum 3 Speed Transmission 4X4 Scale

Tamiya Bruiser Mountaineer Vintage Cast Aluminum 3 Speed Transmission 4X4 Scale. This is a vintage Tamiya Bruiser/Mountaineer 3 speed cast aluminum transmission. Transmission is completely intact with all original parts. Transmission shifts properly between all gears and includes shift rod. This is originally intended to be used with the 750SH motor. This does not include the rubber covers. Visual inspection suggests this is in very good condition. This was tested with modern electronics and the transmission gears appear to be functional but they have not been disassembled for thorough inspection. We have found no obvious evidence these parts wont function as expected, but we cant guarantee absolute running condition as delivered or that parts might not become damaged after being used as a functional RC vehicle. This is a vintage item and should be considered a restoration project, additional work might be required to reach perfect running condition, and further maintenance might be required to continue use. 1st gear (low speed, 4×4) – 22.7:1 2nd gear (med speed) – 10.87:1 3rd gear (high speed) – 5.2:1. Shifting rod pushed in to the transmission is third gear or Top Gear. Shifting rod in the middle position is Second Gear. Shifting rod pulled to the outer position is first gear or Low gear. What I have for you today is a Vintage Tamiya Rough Rider. Make me an offer, we will work something out!! Lets start off with the details of it. I bought this awhile back with the intent to restore and enjoy driving once in awhile. Mainly I wanted it for a shelf car.. Well the car has been gone through. New bearing installed throughout all 12. There are new gears in the transmission also, it has been greased lightly and ready to use. The spur gear is also new, everything else is vintage Tamiya. There is a brand new Tamiya TBLE-02S speed control. The buggy is almost complete, what you will need are a set of shocks, and the plastic bushings for the front knuckles. The body is vintage and shows signs of use, but has been repaired to keep the vintage style alive. The rims and tires included are vintage. They both shows signs of their age, but Very usable. Check the pics for details, as you will be receiving all that is pictured. The driver figure is taped on, but will need to be glued for use. I placed it there, for the pics.
