Vintage Tamiya Bruiser 58048 Cast 3 Speed Transmission Mountaineer. This is a vintage Tamiya Bruiser/Mountaineer 3 speed cast aluminum transmission. Transmission is completely intact with all original parts except the rubber plugs. Transmission shifts properly between all gears. This has 5mm outdrives. This is from a Bruiser, production years 1985 to 1992. This is used and in very good condition with minor wear (see out-drives) The gears are sound and the transmission runs smoothly. 1st gear (low speed, 4×4) – 22.7:1 2nd gear (med speed) – 10.87:1 3rd gear (high speed) – 5.2:1. Shifting rod pushed in to the transmission is third gear or Top Gear. Shifting rod in the middle position is Second Gear. Shifting rod pulled to the outer position is first gear or Low gear. Vintage Tamiya Bruiser Toyota 4x4 Pick Up 1/10 Scale Body 58048 Painted Crawler

This is a Vintage Tamiya Bruiser 1/10 scale truck body featuring Front and Rear two piece body. Rear bed is a one piece mold with sleeper cab. This is a thick ABS plastic body that is repairable and refinish-able. This is missing driver side mirror. This is from a Tamiya Bruiser 58048, production years 1985 to 1992. This has been painted an incandescent finish that alternates between purple and blue depending on viewing angle. Cab windshield / window was once cracked. It has been repaired then painted solid black to hide any blemishes. Rear sleeper vent is loose and can be re-glued into place. Front bumper has some light surface wear and can easily be repainted if desired. Length: 485mm as assembled. Please read the description carefully and look at all the pictures. Both axles have locked differentials and also have Rear Bruiser hubs installed on the front axle versus the stock “free wheel” hubs. These are excellent condition with light wear form age and use. This is a restored Tamiya Vintage Bruiser from the 80s. Everything works fine and it is in excellent condition. The headlight is not original. It will come with a mechanical speed control, it is in good working condition. Also, Bruiser will come with a servos, a vintage Futaba Attack-R radio control, and a receiver, but it is missing a crystal. Therefore, I cannot test to see if it is working or not. New Built Vintage Tamiya Astute. I inherited it from my brother and it stays in my glass shelf for quite several years (non-smoking and no pet home). This is a roller, not sure what might be missing and you might need few more minor accessories along with all electronics. It has upgraded aluminum Trinity shock (I believe) and chrome-plated gear box, so it looks really matching and standing out. The body is new but isn’t quite pristine to me, probably need a polish vs. New decal set or a new body to be best. Tires don’t seem to have any cracks as I recently inspected. It is a little dusty and. Need a thorough cleaning, and nothing else I could notice. Other wise, it is a very nice and unique. To display and start with. What you see is what you will receive.
