This listing is for a vintage Classic Industries Stinger 1/24 Slot Car with orange body. This is a classic toy from 1966 (date on box) that is sure to appeal to collectors and enthusiasts. If you’re looking at this listing you most likely know the rarity of this car (with box and parts list). This car is one of those “gotta have one” things that serious slot car collectors pursue to complete their collection. So, you have to look closely at the photos. I don’t see any cracks in the body. The side slots to attach the body to the chassis have wear but are intact. The spoiler is properly connected. The tires have all hardened from age. The box is solid with wear on edges and a prior owner’s name written on the top cover – over toward the left edge. Don’t know if the remaining decals (partial decal sheet) are/is original to the car. As you can see the front wheels did blacken the inside of the front fenders – common due to the low clearance/tolerance of adjusting this body properly to sit on the car.
