Schroeder Steering Gear Box Sprint Car Super Modified Hot Rod Rat SCTA Halibrand

Up for grabs we have a schroeder steering gear box in used condition. 8-1 ratio, 24 1/2 overall width, 13 from end of splines to center, 11 1/2 from center to end of tube, the keyed steering shaft is 5 5/8 long. It turns with my fingers pretty well, almost feels notchy like its dirty inside or needs fresh grease. Possibly a bearing needs replaced. Cool old piece for your project. Approx 14.5 diameter Lite aqua? /green color (see photos) This is used but still in very good shape for the age. The rim has No cuts or splitting just some light sun fade (see pics) The chrome has No pitting or rust and minimal wear. Overall not perfect, but still a great original Kustom wheel for your cruiser Take a look. See all 10 photos for close-up look.
