This car brought home a novice class win in San Diego back in 2015 the first and only time it was raced, the trophy was “track bucks” so there is no proof of it’s race pedigree. In 1996 I got my first real car and so I put this RC car away. Upgraded parts include, MIP ball bearing steering, carbon fiber front shock tower, Pure Tech battery strap and carbon fiber transmission brace. I pulled this out of my parents closet in December and ended up putting bearings in the rear hubs and purchasing a new motor, body, wheels, tires, batteries and a charger. The car is pretty fast with the new batteries and 12 turn motor and after some debate I have decided that I still enjoy off road RC cars. I’ve got a neighbor with a Nitro truck and another running LiPo so I’ve got to get with the program if I want to throw roost on’em. Extra tie rods and ball joints. Radio batteries show 80-90% charged. Car is ready to run, stick batteries are charged, this car can be unboxed and run immediately.
