This is an original pair of Sparton twin trumpet horns w/ mounting bracket assembly for various 1930’s-40’s car or truck applications. These horns are in good structural condition with no unintended bends, large dents, or major rust damage. These horns do show surface wear in the form of paint loss but will clean up nicely to prep for new paint and installation. The tube (not including domed horn cover) on the longer horn measures 19-7/8″ long while the tube on the shorter horn measures 16-1/8″ long. Neither horn has been tested but were tagged in working condition when removed from the original application, many years ago. At the very least, they should be gone through and new wiring installed before prepping for installation. This will make a great addition to your original project. Description: This is an original center bumper guard for various 1930’s-40’s car or truck applications. This bumper guard is in good structural condition with no large dents, scrapes, or breaks to the metal. Both mounting studs and mounting plate are in-tact and in good condition. This was tagged as being new old stock when I acquired it, I cannot confirm or deny that claim. The chrome is very nice with no deep pitting or surface corrosion. The final picture shows a small rub mark that has resulted in surface rust on the bottom chin section. The bumper guard measures 14-1/8″ in overall height and has a bumper cut-out of 4″ tall. I do not know if this fits a certain style bumper but it does appear to be for the common flat/blade style bumper of the late 30’s and early 40’s. The cutout on this bumper guard comes more to a point in the middle, please take note. Do not miss out on this hard to find part to set your car or truck apart from others at the car shows and cruises. Please do your own research to make sure the parts will work for your application.
